I trust you all enjoyed a restful long weekend, as we now approach the start of Spring and the final few weeks of term. This afternoon we will have enjoyed another one of our big events of the year, the Interhouse Singing Competition. At the time of writing, I don’t know who won, but I do know that the children have been working extremely hard during their Activity sessions in preparation for what I am sure is to be a fantastic show.
We have now interviewed our final candidates for the Modern Languages and Maths posts we had advertised. We had an excellent field of candidates again and they underwent a rigorous process throughout their time here, including interviews with our Pupil Voice panel. Once we have confirmations, I will let you know.
School Fees 2018/2019
Apologies for the misprint in the title of the school fees letter. This should now have been amended.
Enrolment period – siblings
If you wish to enrol another member of your family as a new pupil for the next academic year and have not already contacted the school, please do so as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. Mr Carlos Campos will give you all the information and assistance you may need.
10th Anniversary Family Afternoon
A reminder from last week’s letter that our 10th Anniversary Family afternoon will take place on Friday 13th April, from 1430. There will be lots of activities, a Parents vs Teachers football match (later on, from around 1700) and a visit from Mr Nicholas Fry, the Vice Chairman of King’s Group. We are also inviting local press and dignitaries.
Just a reminder that at King´s College Murcia, we promote a healthy nutritional diet for pupils, so we recommend our students to bring to school healthy snacks such as:
Fresh fruit, yoghurts, juice, cheese sticks, whole grain crackers, vegetable sticks, dried fruit, healthy sandwiches.
NO nuts or any products containing nuts are allowed in the school.
