Dear Parents,

A week of celebrations has now drawn to a close. I must say it has been wonderful to celebrate the achievements of all our pupils, both large and small, this week, especially given the difficulties we have all faced in recent months. Our students have worked hard throughout the year and adapted well to the recent circumstances. So it gave my team and I the greatest pleasure to be able to celebrate their successes over the last few days.

With the end of this week, we also look towards next week and the end of virtual lessons on Monday and our parent ‘virtual’ consultations beginning on Tuesday. Of course, this is the first time we have had consultations of this kind at KCM and we trust that everything will run smoothly next week. Even so, we thank you in advance for your patience and hope that you will find it a positive experience. Please do ensure that you come to the meeting at the allotted time, so that the teacher can ‘let you in’ and please do be mindful that there will be many others also wishing to do the same before and after you.

Today has seen the end of our Virtual Olympics, the results of which will be announced on Monday afternoon during our Final Assembly. Also during this assembly, we will be announcing this year’s winners of the House Cup, as well as seeing some of our musical recordings and videos made during these last months. The final assembly will be at 3pm and there will be no lessons after this time.

SCHOOL CALENDAR

Don’t forget that the school calendar of key dates for the next academic year has now been published on our website. You can find it here.

SUMMER SCHOOL

Please be advised that this year, we will not be running a summer school. Many thanks for your understanding in this matter.
