Dear Parents,

We have come to the end of another busy term here at KCM – it seems like an age since September, when I greeted you and your children at the front gate and spoke to them all at assembly.

During August and September, we celebrated the great exam successes of our older students, which are well documented. But there have been other successes…The excellent music celebration; the superb Sports Day; athletics and football success; World Peace Day celebrations; the KS2 Cantata; Choirs singing; KS3 pupils new to playing instruments performing ‘live’ for the first time and all our 6th formers who have applied have received offers from excellent universities …. and there have been many more that I have mentioned in my previous letters.  It has a been busy, hard-working and a fulfilling term. I trust that our children are now ready for a break.

As always there are a few notices….

Please can I remind parents to ensure that their child is wearing the correct footwear, as described on our website here.  Many thanks in advance for your help in this matter.

During the Christmas period, the uniform shop will be closed from 24th December until 6th January. On Monday 23rd December and Tuesday 7th January the opening hours will be from 9am to 2.00pm.

Christmas Fayre

Thank you to everyone who came to support our Christmas Fayre.  I am pleased to announce that we managed to raise €2230 that will be used to support a variety of charities.
