Dear Parents,

Thank you again for all your generosity over the last week or so. Shortly after completing my letter to you last week we delivered all your donations to Cruz Roja and all was greatly appreciated. Donations are still coming in and we will continue to deliver items to where they are needed. Also this week, I had the pleasure of accompanying Mr Ryland and two of our pupils to AFACMUR, a children’s cancer charity, for whom we had collected funds last term. Again, it was amazing to hear about the work this charity does and we will be supporting them in the future too.

This week we have had a presentation regarding university entry to Spanish Universities as well as our first coffee afternoon of the academic year. Thank you to all those parents who came yesterday to those two events, which I am sure they found most informative and productive.

Lunchtime clubs

Our lunchtime clubs have proved to be hugely popular with all the pupils participating in the variety of activities that are on offer.

This week we welcomed Ebony, our new intern, who will be working in Early Years as well as four students from Strathclyde University in Scotland.

Also, we are currently interviewing for our new Dibujo Tecnico teacher to join Sr Perez in our Específicas team.

A further reminder regarding uniform. Please do refer to the uniform requirements for your child, particularly in Secondary regarding bangles, earrings and other accessories. All information is available on our website. As always, if you are unsure, then please do ask your child’s form teacher. Many thanks.
