Dear Parents,

Having been away for most of the week (I returned today) and braving the air traffic control strikes in France, it has been great to return to Spain and to KCM. As I mentioned in my previous letter, Mrs Cassidy and I were in the UK attending a course on ‘High Performance Learning’. This was a truly inspirational course about how we can continue to improve and become a ‘World Class’ school. It will not be a quick process and we will be devising a strategy plan of implementation over the coming weeks. If you are interested, please do visit the website (English only):

We will be keeping you informed, as always, about this and other forthcoming initiatives and putting together a programme of workshops and presentations for the next academic year for this purpose.

As always a few messages….

With the onset of the warmer weather, and in continued support of Project Lombok, we will be offering pupils the opportunity to buy ‘Ice Pops’ on Fridays and during the forthcoming Sports Day.

The Tuck Shop will continue to be open on Tuesdays throughout the rest of this term.

Our biennial parent survey is live, as of Monday 6th May. As always, we do value your feedback so please do take some time to complete the survey. Many thanks in advance.

This weekend our valiant athletes return from Madrid. I had the pleasure of seeing our Girls and Boys teams during the football competition on Thursday (as I returned from the UK) and very much look forward to hearing how well they have done at the end of the competition.

In the meantime, have a great weekend.

Best wishes,

Mr Rumistrzewicz
